About me
My journey into coaching is a natural outcome of a lifelong passion for understanding people. With a master’s degree in psychology and communication, combined with a corporate career in HR, I’ve had the privilege of working with executive leaders, business owners, and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Originally from Denmark, I’ve spent many years living abroad, which has given me a unique cultural perspective from different corners of the world. I now call Seattle, in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, my home.
From my own personal journey, I know that imbalance is an inevitable part of life, and that exploring the edges can be part of finding your way back to center. We all encounter bumps in the road. What truly matters is how we choose to respond.
As a coach, I believe true balance comes from within, through a strong connection and a holistic approach to mind, body, and spirit.
My work is grounded in the psychological, physical, and spiritual dimensions of personal change. My toolbox includes a wide array of techniques, enhanced by my training at the Coaching Training Institute (CTI), where I developed a co-active coaching approach.
If you'd like to explore how we can work together, let's connect for a no-obligation conversation. Whether you're interested in learning more about my coaching approach or just want to see if we're the right fit, I'm here to talk.
